The internet is home to a lot of weird guys — incels, Nazis, Ben Shapiro — but few are weirder than men who lie at the intersection of racism and horniness. Take “Eurasian Emperor” for example, a random guy on Twitter who calls himself the CEO of Eurasians and has very strong opinions on which women are and are not attractive (hint: the whiter the better).

Earlier this week, he tweeted, “We need to genetically outbreed ugly women worldwide. There should be no ugly women. Every woman a dime, and every man a woman.” It’s not clear what he meant by the last part — the tweet has since been deleted — unless he’s calling for every man to transition to female, in which case, slay.

But the most disturbing part of the tweet was the world map attached to it that claimed to show a Global Female Hotness Index. Apparently, the most beautiful women in the world can be found in southern France, northern Spain, northern Italy, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, and for reasons that are not remotely clear, Quebec, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Unsurprisingly given the source account, the ugliest women can be found in Africa, Peru and central Australia. The sources given for this index include anecdotal evidence, vacations, /int/ posts, ESPN and the hotness of the country’s First Lady. Obviously, it’s very scientific.

Eurasian Emperor later shared his Top 5, which featured four European countries and Argentina, while France, Italy, Lebanon, Israel and Colombia received honorable mentions, something for which I’m sure they’re incredibly grateful.

People were taken aback by just how racist this map was, as one person put it, “This is like if Hitler was a porn addict.” Another called it “one of the most racist things I’ve seen in years.” Yet others pointed out that the map didn’t have data for Western Sahara or North Korea, forcing us to conclude that women don’t live in those areas.

Fortunately, the Twitter user who originally called attention to Eurasian Emperor’s terrible map shared their own hotness index for both men and women, and it’s a definite improvement. It even includes Antarctica!
